Happy Computers works closely with industry leading digital agencies to provide Web Developer Apprenticeships specialising in Drupal. We are looking for Apprentice Web Developers; people that enjoy programming, coding and building websites. You must be passionate about web development, self-motivated, determined to learn and develop new skills and driven to succeed. You will be involved in building sites for a variety of well-known and big brand clients. This is a great opportunity to get into this industry.

Happy Computers is running an intensive two week pre-apprenticeship training course in Drupal. This course has been created and will be delivered by Drupal industry experts. The course will cover Drupal basics and will give you skills that will be needed to start an apprenticeship position. On completion of this two week course you will be interviewed for an Apprenticeship vacancy with a Drupal web company. Only candidates successfully attending and achieving the pre-apprenticeship course will be interviewed. You must be available to attend this training programme starting on 26th October 2015.

We have a number of clients that are offering apprenticeship positions in their web development teams. This is an excellent route into a great career. You will be learning current, marketable skills on the job and in training. You will receive hands-on no-holds-barred mentoring and training in how to build sites by a team of influential world-class Drupal experts. Training will specialise in Drupal including theming and custom module development and will also cover other skills such as HTML, CSS, Sass, JavaScript, JQuery and PHP. In a Drupal Apprenticeship placement you will join a team of ambitious and passionate developers to learn and contribute to projects for renowned clients. Working on client websites you’ll help to turn client specifications into actual solutions; learning from a supportive team who will help you to become a better more rounded developer. There’ll be plenty of opportunities to progress and join fun, energetic team environments.
